MMA Inspector Certification Course

Service Description

Taught by Herb Dean & Team Classroom lecture and written testing covers all aspects of being an MMA licensed inspector. You will also be exposed to the Judge & Referee course during your time with Herb. This course is for the individual that has minimal or no experience with martial arts and is motivated to grow within the MMA industry. This course will pave your pathway to becoming a licensed and trusted official. If you have thought about becoming an essential part of the MMA community, this is an excellent opportunity for you! Throughout the course, you will identify the trusted steps to become recognized and valuable within the sport. Herb’s classroom presentation extensively covers the ABC Unified Rules, scoring criteria, judging & referee guidelines and how to apply them appropriately. Event video is presented for mock judging, discussion and calibration of scoring. Curriculum: ABC Unified Rules Ethics Scoring criteria Judging guidelines Video mock judging fights with discussion Written, video and technique tests Schedule: 1 1/2 days Shadow event in San Diego From 9:00 am (PST) to the conclusion of business. Classroom training, lunch, mat time, written & technique tests. Course schedule is subject to change. Cost: $1,500 all registration fees are paid via PayPal in USD and non-refundable. Courses are transferable to another student or different training date.
